China’s moves in the Pacific & South China Sea  has push Indonesia into a military buildup, looking to deploy more forces , attack helicopters and naval power across the long Indonesian archipelago.  GO TO SOURCE

The strategy shift comes as China escalates disputes with the Philippines and Vietnam. Recently China had a  standoff with Vietnam over an oil rig,  and in 2012 China took control of the Scarborough Shoal , from the Philippines.
